All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless stated otherwise below.

Preorder Items

All preorder purchases are final.
Because preorder items are made to order, preorders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once an order is placed.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the production timeline and final sale terms.

Premade Items

Premade (in-stock) items are also final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for premade items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [outcastclothing13@gmail.com] with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Sizing Issues

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order. Sizing issues do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays within the stated timeframe

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages

These situations do not qualify for refunds.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Chargebacks or disputes filed for reasons that violate this policy will be contested with proof of order fulfillment, delivery confirmation, and customer acknowledgment of these terms.

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in being banned from future purchases.
