Order Processing & Fulfillment
We offer both premade (in-stock) items and preorder (made-to-order) items. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Premade Items
Premade items are already produced and in stock.
Orders containing premade items will be processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after purchase.
Preorder Items
Preorder items are produced after your order is placed.
Orders containing preorder items will be processed and shipped within up to 4 weeks (1 month) from the date of purchase.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the extended production and shipping timeframe.
Mixed Orders
If your order contains both premade and preorder items, the entire order will ship together once the preorder item is ready. We do not split shipments unless stated otherwise.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
Delays
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to production volume, carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
Chargebacks or disputes filed for delayed shipping on preorder items that are still within the stated up to 4-week timeframe will be contested with proof of this policy and order confirmation.
